WHY WORK WITH DWELLING PLACE INTERIORS?
Working with a great interior designer allows access to items that are only sold "to the trade." Often these products are better quality for a better price. Rochelle will provide you with a design map for your home, allowing you to complete your project on your timetable. With 20 years of experience, Rochelle can keep you from making costly mistakes as you create your dream space!
WHAT IS THE DESIGN PROCESS LIKE?
We will connect on a Discovery Call to get to know each other and to discuss the project. This call is generally 20-30 minutes via telephone or Zoom. At the end of the call, we will schedule our initial consultation. This meeting is usually 60-90 minutes in the client space. At this time project scope is confirmed. A quote of time is given to make a Design Plan for your space. At a follow-up meeting the Design Plan is presented and discussed. You are allowed 1 revision of the plan in the quoting phase. Once the plan is approved and the deposit has been made, ordering takes place. Then we eagerly anticipate installation day!
HOW DO I PREPARE FOR AN APPOINTMENT?
The best way to show Rochelle what you like is through photographs. Creating a board on Houzz or Pinterest is very helpful. You also need to have a clear idea of your priorities, quality of product desired and time frame. Most important is your investment goal - a definitive investment goal allows the designer to give you the most out of your investment. We make your dollars stretch to their fullest capacity to give you the home of your dreams that will last for years!
HOW AM I BILLED?
You will be billed by the hour for consultation and design fees at the end of each month. These fees can be paid by check or conveniently online with a credit card or bank transfer. A 70% deposit is required to place all product orders and the balance is due upon receipt or installation. Policies & procedures are spelled out in detail during our Discovery Call! Make yours today!
